How Ebike Motors Are Produced at TruckRun

TruckRun is dedicated to providing high-quality ebike motors through a comprehensive testing process from planning to factory exit. Each motor is scientifically tested and inspected to surpass operational excellence standards.

Core Components and Their Importance

The stator is a pivotal component of any electric motor, and its performance is crucial for the motor's output power, efficiency, and overall stability. TRUCKRUN places a strong emphasis on the quality of the stator, employing good insulation practices to prevent electrical short circuits and leakage. This meticulous attention to detail is a testament to their dedication to safety and reliability.

Fatigue Testing and Insulation

Utilizing fatigue testing equipment, TRUCKRUN assesses the stator's ability to withstand continuous operation without failure. We perform over 2000 hours of impact and aging load tests to ensure product stability and durability.This process is critical in ensuring that the motor can maintain optimal performance over extended periods.

Additionally, the insulation is rigorously tested to prevent any electrical issues that could compromise the motor's functionality.


Operational Testing and Quality Monitoring 

Post-assembly, each motor is subjected to no-load and load testing. These tests measure various parameters such as voltage, input power, output power, speed, torque, efficiency, current, and noise. By individually checking each motor, TRUCKRUN ensures that every unit performs to the best of its capabilities, providing a seamless user experience.

Road Testing and Material Inspection

Understanding that lab conditions may not always reflect real-world scenarios, TRUCKRUN engineers conduct extensive road testing. Each motor is put through at least 5000 kilometers of road testing to simulate actual usage conditions. This hands-on approach allows them to identify and rectify any issues that might not be discoverable in a lab setting.





Furthermore, incoming materials are inspected and recorded for defects. This thorough inspection process ensures that only the highest quality materials are used in the construction of TRUCKRUN motors, further enhancing their durability and reliability.
